摘 要:以SiC作为发泡剂,采用原位发泡法制备泡沫陶瓷。通过设置正交试验探究原料配比对样品孔隙率、抗压强度等性能的影响,采用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜研究样品物相组成及其分布,以及样品的形貌。结果表明,泡沫陶瓷的物相主要为钙钠长石,通过扫描电镜观察到钙钠长石为柱状。固定发泡剂SiC外加量4 wt%,聚乙烯醇外加量8%时,当粉煤灰∶山皮土∶废瓷粉=4:5:4时,样品发泡效果最佳,且样品体密度为0.62 g/cm3、气孔率达63.92%、抗压强度可达5.62 MPa,导热系数为0.086 W/m.K。Ceramic foams were prepared by in-situ foaming method with SIC as foaming agent.By setting up orthogonal experiments,the effect of raw material ratio on the porosity,compressive strength and other properties of the sample was explored.X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy were used to study the phase composition,distribution,and morphology of the sample.The results show that the main phase of the foam ceramics is Albite,which is columnar by SEM.When the addition amount of fixed foaming agent SiC is 4 wt%and the addition amount of polyvinyl alcohol is 8%,the optimal foaming effect of the sample is achieved with the ratio of the fly ash:mountain soil:waste porcelain powder being 4:5:4.The sample has a bulk density of 0.62 g/cm3,a porosity of 63.92%,a compressive strength of 5.62 MPa,and a thermal conductivity of 0.086 W/m.K.
