摘 要:在凝固初期对45#钢钢液施加机械振动,通过改变振动参数观察对铸锭力学性能的影响。实验结果表明:经过不同振动参数处理后,45#钢铸锭的力学性能得到明显改善。随着振动频率的提高,铸锭的布氏硬度和冲击韧性均呈现递增的趋势;随着振动幅度的提高,铸锭的布氏硬度和冲击韧性均呈现先升高后下降的趋势;随着振动时间的增加,铸锭的布氏硬度和冲击韧性均呈现先升高后下降的趋势。并分析了产生上述结果的机理。Mechanical vibration was applied to 45#steel during the initial stage of solidification,and the effect of mechanical property of ingot by changing vibration parameters was observed.The result shows that the mechanical property of 45#steel ingot is obviously improved after treatment with different vibration parameters.With the increase of vibration frequency,the Brinell hardness and impact toughness of the ingot all show an increasing trend;With the increase of vibration amplitude,the Brinell hardness and impact toughness of the ingot all presented a trend of first increases and then decreases;With the increase of vibration time,the Brinell hardness and impact toughness of the ingot all present a trend of first increase and then decrease.And the mechanism behind the above results has been analyzed.
