摘  要:以某炼油厂的精制催化裂化油浆为原料,采用直接热缩聚法制备中间相沥青.重点考察不同反应温度、反应压力及反应时间对中间相沥青的软化点、中间相含量等结构性能的影响.结果表明:在反应温度为440℃、反应压力为4 MPa、高压反应6h且常压反应1h时,所得中间相沥青软化点为297℃,中间相含量为95%,满足纺丝用中间相沥青的要求.Using refined catalytic cracking slurry from a certain refinery as raw material,mesophase asphalt was prepared by direct thermal polycondensation.The effect of different reaction temperatures,pressure and time on softening point and mesophase content and other properties of the mesophase asphalt is investigated.The results show that when the reaction temperature is 440℃C,the reaction pressure is 4 MPa,the reaction time of high pressure is 6 h and the reaction time of atmospheric pressure is 1 h,the softening point of mesophase asphalt is 297℃and the content of mesophase is 95%,which can meet the requirements of spinnable mesophase asphalt.
