摘  要:研究了稳定剂、抗冲改性剂、复合润滑剂对氯化聚氯乙烯(CPVC)消防管材专用料力学、耐热及塑化等性能的影响.结果表明:以有机锡为主稳定剂、水滑石为辅助稳定剂的复合稳定体系具有较长的动态稳定时间;具有核-壳结构的抗冲型ACR改性剂对CPVC树脂的简支梁冲击强度、拉伸强度、维卡软化温度等性能的影响介于MBS与CPE之间,且用量(质量份)为7.0时,专用料综合性能较优;高熔点的外润滑剂EBS和PE蜡具有相对较低的平衡扭矩和较长的动态稳定时间,用量(质量份)为0.4的固体增塑剂可有效改善树脂塑化块的细腻状态.The effects of stabilizers,impact modifiers,and composite lubricants on the mechanical,heat resistance,and plasticizing properties of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride(CPVC)special material for fire pipes were studied.The results show that the composite stabilizing system with organotin as the main stabilizer and hydrotalcite as the auxiliary stabilizer had a long dynamic stability time;The effects of AER modifier with core-shell structure on the impact strergth tensile strength,Vicat softening temperature and other properties of CPVC resin were between MBS and CPE,and the comprehensive properties of the special compound were better when the content(mass fraction)was 7.O;The external lubricants EBS and PE wax with high melting point have relatively low balancing torque and long dynamic stability time.The solid plasticizer with the dosage(mass fraction)of 0.4 can effectively improve the delicate state of the resin plasticizing block.
