摘　　要：介绍了国产Z-A/Z-B型制氢转化催化剂在某石化公司制氢装置的工业应用情况,应用结果表明:该催化剂能满足装置生产需要,产品质量合格,各项工艺参数运行平稳,转化炉出口甲烷质量分数低于6%.通过优化催化剂还原方案,节省了操作费用,缩短了开工时间.此外,国产催化剂的应用还可降低催化剂采购周期及费用.The industrial application of domestic Z-A/Z-B type conversion catalyst for hydrogen production in the hydrogen manufacturing unit of a petrochemical company was introduced.The application results showed that the catalyst could meet production requirements of the unit,the product quality was qualified,all process parameters run smoothly,and methane mass fraction at outlet of the conversion furnace was less than 6%.By optimizing the catalyst reduction scheme,operating costs were saved and the start-up time was shortened.In addition,procurement cycle and cost of the catalysts could be reduced by application of the domestic catalysts.
