摘  要:采用预分馏技术,解决了因异丁烯装置产物分离顺序不合理而造成地产物水洗及回收系统能耗较高的问题;而采用螺旋扭曲管换热器,可充分回收反应系统热量,降低反应系统的加热负荷.通过运用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件对异丁烯装置工艺实施预分馏技术和螺旋扭曲管换热器的模拟优化并进行了工业应用,实现了装置的节能增效.By use of prefractionation technology,the problem of high operating cost in the water washing and recovery system caused by unreasonable product separation sequence in isobutene units was solved.The use of spiral twisted tube heat exchanger can fully recover the heat of the reaction system and reduce the heating load.Through simulation optimization of application of the prefractionation technology and spiral twisted tube heat exchanger in isobutene unit was executed by use of Aspen Plus process simulation software,industrial applications were carried out,achieving energy conservation and fficiency enhancement of the unit.
