预硫化型耐硫变换催化剂的工业应用总结

摘　　要：介绍了载硫型和完全硫化型预硫化技术制备的耐硫变换催化剂在中国石化齐鲁分公司煤制氢装置(以下简称齐鲁煤制氢装置)中的工业应用情况,重点对比了两类催化剂的装填和工业运行情况.结果表明:两类预硫化型耐硫变换催化剂可满足装置运行需要,应用效果与氧化态耐硫变换催化剂(以下简称氧化态催化剂)相近;但两类预硫化型耐硫变换催化剂会受应用条件限制,建议根据实际生产情况选用合适的催化剂.This article introduces industrial application of presulfided sulfur-resistant shift catalysts prepared by sulfur-loaded and fully sulfided presulfiding technologies in the coal-to-hydrogen unit of Qilu Petrochemical Company,and mainly compares flling and industrial operation situation of the two types of catalysts.The results show that the two kinds of the presulfided sulfur-resistant shift catalysts can meet requirements of unit operation and their application effects are similar to that of oxidized sulfur-resistant catalysts.However,application of the two kinds of the presulfided sulfur-resistant shift catalysts is limited by the operating conditions.It is recommended to select suitable catalysts according to actual production situations.
