摘 要:以中国石化齐鲁分公司56 kt/a丁二烯抽提装置中第一精馏塔系统为示例对象,阐述了"危险与可操作性(HAZOP)分析+保护层(LOPA)分析+HSE风险矩阵"(HALOPA分析方法)在丁二烯抽提装置安全评价中的应用情况.根据HALOPA分析结果,建议在该第一精馏塔系统中增设塔顶在线氧含量分析仪对系统内氧含量进行监控、安全阀(PSV126)入口增设爆破片及加入阻聚剂TBC,措施采纳后风险降至可接受风险区域(低风险D2).Taking the first distillation tower system in the 56 kt/a DMF method butadiene extraction unit of SINOPEC Qilu Branch Company as an example,application of the"Hazard and Operability(HAZOP)analysis+Protective Layer(LOPA)analysis+HSE Risk Matrix"(HALOPA analysis method)in the safety evaluation of butadiene extraction units was elaborated.According to the analysis results of HALOPA,it was recommended to add an online oxygen content analyzer(GAR101)at top of the first distillation tower system to monitor the oxygen content of the system,add rupture discs at inlet of the safety valve(PSV126),and add polymerization inhibitor TBC.After the measures were taken,the risk was reduced to an acceptable risk area(low risk D2).
