智能时代图书馆机器人技术赋能的伦理困境及其规制

摘　　要：引入机器人伦理理论,在分析图书馆机器人技术赋能现状的基础上,反思了图书馆机器人技术赋能后给图书馆行业带来的诸多伦理困境,如馆员道德主体地位和实践主体地位被动摇的问题以及馆员安全及隐私、馆员职位利益、馆员创造力发挥等方面的挑战。针对图书馆机器人技术赋能后的伦理风险,从主体身份明确化、算法机制制度化、学习环境规范化、应用程序法制化4个角度提出伦理规制的设想,以期图书馆机器人在图书馆领域的更好应用和发展。This paper introduces the robot ethics theory,and based on analyzing the current status of library robot’s technological empowerment,rethinks many ethical dilemmas brought to the library industry after library robot’s technolog⁃ical empowerment,such as the problem of that the librarians’moral subject status and practice subject status are swayed,and the challenges for librarians’security and privacy,and librarians’job interests and creativity,and in view of the ethi⁃cal risks after library robot’s technological empowerment,puts forward some conceptions of ethical regulation from four perspectives of the explicitation of subject identity,the institutionalization of algorithm mechanism,the standardization of learning environment,and the egalization of applications,so as to better apply and develop library robot in the field of li⁃brary.
