摘  要:信息与通信技术的飞速发展促使电力电子技术朝着高效率、高功率密度方向发展。作为变换器中重要的无源元件之一,磁性元器件对变换器效率和功率密度有着十分重要的影响。一般而言,高性能的变换器较难直接选用市场上现成的磁元件,需要开展磁元件的定制设计,以匹配电源的应用场景和指标要求。高性能功率磁元件的优化设计往往涉及多方面因素,从元件封装形式选择、磁材选型、磁芯和绕组设计、应用场景等方面均需予以权衡,以便达到或接近最优设计,支撑变换器系统的指标达成。从高频功率磁性材料、磁元件仿真设计、磁元件建模、磁元件应用等四方面对高频功率磁技术的国内外发展现状进行了系统调研,并对该领域的发展趋势进行了展望。The rapid development of information and communication technology promotes the evolution of power electronics technology towards high efficiency and high-power density.As one of the main passive components in the converter,magnetic components have a very important influence on the efficiency and power density of the converter.In general,it is difficult for high-performance power converters to select the magnetic components available on the market.It is necessary to carry out customized design of magnetic components to match the application scenarios and index requirements of the power supply.The design of high-performance power magnetic components often involves many factors.It needs to be weighed from the aspects of component packaging form selection,magnetic material selection,magnetic core and winding design,application scenarios,etc.,in order to achieve or approach the optimal design and support the converter system.In this paper,the development status of high frequency power magnetic technology at home and abroad are systematically investigated from four aspects:high frequency power magnetic materials,magnetic component simulation design,theoretical model and magnetic component application.The development trend of this field are also prospected.
