摘  要:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)具有优良的物理化学性能,其耐弯折性好、应用成本低廉,是柔性电子产品的重要目标基材之一,但其同时存在表面能低、粗糙度小、表面难以金属化且金属层与基材的附着力不佳的问题。提出了一种可靠且低成本的PET基射频识别(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)标签天线的卷对卷柔版印刷制备工艺。该技术以PET作为RFID标签天线的基材,以柔版印刷作为印刷技术,通过紫外固化技术对印制天线图案进行固化干燥,并采用化学沉积法制备RFID标签天线的金属层,具有工业化生产前景。通过扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射与附着力测试证明了基材表面的金属层具有致密、结晶度高、附着力良好的优点,所得天线的电阻率低(2.98μΩ·cm)且机械性能良好(4000次弯曲)。Polyethylene terephthalate(PET)is one of the important target substrates for the flexible electronic products because of its excellent physical and chemical properties,good bending resistance and low cost,but its surface energy is low,its roughness is small,its surface is difficult to metalize and the adhesion of the metal layer to the substrate is poor.To address these problems,a reliable and low-cost PET-based RFID tag antenna roll-to-roll flexographic printing preparation process was proposed.PET was used as the substrate of the RFID tag antenna,flexographic printing as the printing technology.The printed antenna pattern was curd and dried by UV curing technology.The metal layer of RFID tag antenna was prepared with chemical deposition method,which has the prospect of the industrial production.Scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction and the adhesion tests demonstrate that the metal layer on the substrate surface is dense,highly crystallized with good adhesion,and the resulting antenna has low resistivity(2.98μΩ·cm)and good mechanical properties(4000 bending cycles).
