摘 要:笔者结合桂林抽水蓄能电站上水库地形地质条件及防渗要求,对上水库防渗方案、施工导流方案进行了比选,最终选定采用全库盆防渗方案、明渠+外排廊道导流方案;详细介绍上水库施工导流涉及的大坝、进/出水口和防渗面板等部位的导流设计,并与国内2个采用全库盆防渗的抽水蓄能电站的施工导流方案进行比较,得出此类项目可采用明渠、水泵抽排或其他建筑物结合外排廊道的泄流方案的结论。该研究成果可为类似采用全库盆防渗项目的施工导流设计提供参考。Based on the topographic and geological conditions and anti-seepage requirements of the upper reservoir of Guilin Pumped Storage Power Station the anti-seepage scheme and construction diversion scheme of the upper reservoir are compared and selected.Finally the seepage prevention scheme of whole reservoir basin and the diversion scheme of open channel+external drainage gallery are selected.The diversion design of the dam intake/outlet and anti-seepage panel involved in the construction diversion of the upper reservoir is introduced in detail and compared with the construction diversion schemes of two pumped storage power stations with whole reservoir basin anti-seepage in China.It is concluded that such projects can adopt the discharge scheme of open channel pump drainage or other buildings combined with external drainage gallery.The research results can provide reference for the construction diversion design of similar projects that adopt whole basin anti-seepage measures.
