摘 要:笔者以美国某电站轴流转桨式水轮机转轮为例,针对转轮装配存在的装配作业空间狭小、转轮叶片轴套采用的高分子聚合物材料易受损、转轮体及泄水锥内侧首次设置不锈钢排水管使装配尺寸要求高等难点,详细介绍了转轮装配的主要工艺流程及控制点。该电站转轮装配的成功实施,为后续类似机组转轮的制造和安装提供很好的借鉴。Taking the Kaplan turbine runner of a power station in the United States as an example the author introduces the main technical process and control points of runner assembly in detail aiming at the difficulties in runner assembly such as narrow assembly space easy damage of polymer material used in runner blade sleeve and high assembly size requirements due to the first installation of stainless steel drainage pipe on the inner side of runner body and discharge cone.The successful implementation of the runner assembly in the power station provides a good reference for the manufacture and installation of similar turbine units in the future.
