摘 要:金寨县中河水库碾压混凝土大坝浇筑至高程262.00 m时,需要进行溢流坝段牛腿部位的混凝土浇筑,面临着模板稳定性问题。笔者对牛腿部位采用的直面翻转钢模板进行受力分析,计算其稳定性,并提出稳固措施;详细介绍牛腿部位混凝土施工工艺及施工要求。结果表明,牛腿模板的稳定性符合要求,其安全性能及牢固程度满足现场的施工需要。该研究可为类似项目的施工提供借鉴。When the RCC dam of Zhonghe Reservoir in Jinzhai County is poured to the elevation of 262.00 m the concrete pouring of the bracket of the overflow dam section needs to be carried out which is faced with the problem of formwork stability.The authors analyze the force of the straight-faced overturned steel formwork used in the bracket part calculate its stability and put forward the stabilization measures.The concrete construction technology and construction requirements of the bracket are introduced in detail.The results show that the stability of the bracket formwork meets the requirements and its safety performance and firmness meet the needs of on-site construction.The research can provide reference for the construction of similar projects.
