摘　　要：文章从用户思维的角度切入,探析行业情报用户对图情服务的需求,采用文献调研法检索近五年图情机构服务科技创新的相关论文,根据服务提供方或服务对象进行分类;采用专家访谈法了解专业机构内部及科研生产环境中的情报管理现状,了解情报管理人员与科研工作人员的图情需求。针对行业情报用户,尤其是中小型科研院所目前缺少成熟可借鉴的情报管理与服务机制,以及调研中反馈得较多的共性问题,研究认为可通过团队协作机制与分级流转机制进行解决。From the perspective of user thinking,this paper analyzes the demand of industry intelligence users for library and information services,and uses the literature research method to retrieve the relevant papers on the service technology innovation of library and information institutions in the past five years,and classifies them according to the service providers or service objects.This paper uses expert interviews to understand the current situation of information management within professional institutions and in the scientific research and production environment,and to understand the information needs of information managers and scientific research staf.In view of the fact that there is no mature intelligence management and service mechanism for industrial intelligence users,especially for small and medium-sized research institutes,the study believes that the common problems that have been reported in the research can be solved through teamwork mechanism and hierarchical flow mechanism.
