摘 要:通过两步法合成了改性炭黑掺杂聚氨酯/聚甲基丙烯酸乙酯(M-CB@PU/PEMA)复合材料。研究M-CB含量及分散情况对复合材料阻尼性能、耐热性能、介电性能的影响。采用分子动力学模拟的方法分析M-CB加入后复合材料的径向分布函数和相对自由体积等参数的变化趋势。结果表明:M-CB的加入可提高复合材料的阻尼性能、耐热性能和介电性能。当M-CB的质量分数为5.0%,M-CB在PU基体中分散性最好,损耗因子为0.44,与纯聚合物相比,初始分解温度提高20.51℃。加入5.0%M-CB时,复合材料的结合能提高235.48 kJ/mol,相对自由体积最小。改性炭黑的加入,使聚合物链段堆砌更紧密,分子间结合力增大,从而提升复合材料阻尼性能。Modified carbon black hybriding polyurethane/poly(ethyl methacrylate)(M-CB@PU/PEMA) composites were synthesized by a two-step method.The effects of M-CB content and dispersion on the damping properties,heat resistance and dielectric properties of composites were studied.The molecular dynamics simulation method was used to analyze the change trend of the radial distribution function and relative free volume of composites after the addition of M-CB.The results show that the addition of M-CB can improve the damping properties,heat resistance and dielectric properties of composites.When the mass fraction of M-CB reaches 5.0%,the dispersion of M-CB in PU matrix is the best,and the loss factor reaches 0.44.Compared with pure polymer,the initial decomposition temperature is increased by 20.51 ℃.After adding 5.0% M-CB,the binding energy of composite is increased by 235.48 k J/mol,and the relative free volume is the smallest.With the addition of M-CB,the polymer chain segments are stacked more closely,and the intermolecular binding force is increased,thereby improving damping properties of composites.
