摘  要:为实现方解石尾矿边角废料的资源化利用,采用熔融共混改性挤出法,制备嵌段共聚聚丙烯(PPB)/聚烯烃弹性体(POE)/方解石废粉三元复合材料。考察废粉填充量、POE添加量对复合材料力学性能、热学性能与微观结构的影响。结果表明:POE可以提升复合材料相容性,方解石废粉可显著增强刚度。在PPB基料中添加10份方解石废粉与20份POE,可以改善无机填料与树脂基材的相容性,显著提升复合材料力学性能。方解石废粉与POE协调作用使复合材料冲击强度提升至55.48 kJ/m2。POE和方解石废粉均降低复合材料的结晶度,对于熔融温度影响较小,小幅提升结晶温度。PPB、POE与方解石废粉三元复配制备复合材料,为解决方解石尾矿应用问题提供新途径。In order to realize the resource utilization of calcite tailings corner waste,block copolymerized polypropylene(PPB)/polyolefin elastomer(POE)/calcite waste powder ternary composites were prepared by melt blending modified extrusion method.The effects of waste powder content and POE content on mechanical properties,thermal properties and microstructure of composites were investigated.The results show that POE can improve compatibility of composites,and calcite waste powder can significantly enhance stiffness.Adding 10 phr of calcite waste powder and 20 phr of POE to the PPB base material can improve compatibility between inorganic filler and resin substrate and significantly improve mechanical properties of composites.The impact strength of composites is increased to 55.48 kJ/m2 by the coordination of calcite waste powder and POE.POE and calcite waste powder both reduce the crystallinity of composites,have little effect on melting temperature,and slightly increase crystallization temperature.PPB,POE and calcite waste powder are compounded to prepare composites,which provided a new way to solve the application problem of calcite tailings.
