金粉掺杂ABS基免喷涂塑料制备及性能研究

摘  要:利用硅烷偶联剂KH-550对金粉进行表面改性,制备了ABS/改性金粉复合材料,研究改性金粉对复合材料耐刮擦性能、力学性能和抗紫外线性能的影响。结果表明:随着金粉含量的增加,复合材料耐刮擦性能逐渐提高,金粉含量在2份以上时,改性金粉提升复合材料耐刮擦性能的效果优于未改性金粉。随着金粉含量的增加,复合材料模量略微增加,拉伸强度变化不大,而断裂标称应变和冲击强度降低明显。相同含量下,与未改性金粉的复合材料相比,加入改性金粉的复合材料断裂标称应变和冲击强度较高。随着金粉含量的增加,ABS耐紫外线老化性能得到明显提高,并且加入改性金粉对复合材料老化性能的提高效果更佳。ABS/modified gold powder composites were prepared by surface modification of gold powder with silane coupling agent KH-550.The effects of modified gold powder on the scratch resistance,mechanical properties and UV resistance of the composites were studied.The results show that with the increase of gold powder content,the scratch resistance of the composites is gradually improved.When the content of gold powder is more than 2 phr,the effect of modified gold powder on improving the scratch resistance of the composites is better than that of unmodified gold powder.With the increase of gold powder content,the modulus of the composites increases slightly,tensile strength changed little,while the nominal strain and impact strength decrease significantly.At the same content,compared with the composites with unmodified gold powder,the fracture nominal strain and impact strength of the composites with modified gold powder are higher.With the increase of gold powder content,the ultraviolet aging resistance of ABS is obviously improved,and the addition of modified gold powder has a better effect on the aging performance of composite materials.
