摘  要:利用丙烯、乙烯、氢气制备了氯化聚乙烯专用高密度聚乙烯树脂(HDPE 6800CP),采用电子密度计、熔体流动速率测试仪、凝胶色谱、差热分析仪、扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱仪对HDPE 6800CP树脂进行测试。结果表明:HDPE 6800CP表观密度为0.963 g/cm~3,熔体流动速率为5.4 g/10 min,熔融热焓为192.8 J/g,熔融温度135.8℃,表面结构疏松。HDPE 6800CP粒径主要为117~366μm,粒径分布较窄。HDPE 6800CP的比表面积为0.198 6 m~2/g,孔容为2.763×103 cm~3/g,平均孔径为69.61 nm。HDPE 6800CP的表面形貌、分子结构、原生态熔融行为都是合理的,为氯化过程创造了条件,降低氯化的难度。High density polyethylene resin(HDPE 6800CP) for chlorinated polyethylene was prepared by propylene,ethylene and hydrogen.The HDPE 6800CP resin was tested by electronic densitometer,melt flow rate tester,gel chromatography,differential thermal analyzer,scanning electron microscope and infrared spectrometer.The results show that the apparent density of HDPE 6800CP is 0.963 g/cm3,the melt flow rate is 5.4 g/10 min,the melting enthalpy is 192.8 J/g,the melting temperature is 135.8 ℃,and the surface structure is loose.The particle size of HDPE 6800 CP is mainly 117~366 μm,and the particle size distribution is narrow.The specific surface area of HDPE 6800CP is 0.198 6 m2/g,the pore volume is 2.763×103 cm3/g,and the average pore size is 69.61 nm.The surface morphology,molecular structure and original ecological melting behavior of HDPE 6800CP are reasonable,which creates conditions for the chlorination process and reduces the difficulty of chlorination.
