摘 要:无机填料添加共混改性是提升树脂基复合材料抗烧蚀性能的有效手段之一。文章选用反应型无机填料ZrB_(2)和ZrSi_(2)对环氧改性有机硅树脂进行改性,制备了改性复合材料,分别研究了ZrB_(2)和ZrSi_(2)的添加对复合材料力学性能、热稳定性和烧蚀性能的影响。结果表明:Zr B_(2)和Zr Si_(2)添加能够大幅提高复合材料的密度、硬度、拉伸强度和热解残炭率,有效提升复合材料的抗烧蚀性能。空气气氛下,ZrB_(2)改性复合材料中ZrB2在660℃左右开始发生反应,导致复合材料800℃残炭率明显增大。在复合材料烧蚀性能改善方面,ZrB_(2)明显优于ZrSi_(2)。在高温氧-乙炔烧蚀过程中,ZrB_(2)能够发生反应生成相应氧化物,显著提升了复合材料的抗烧蚀性能,线烧蚀率仅为0.021 mm/s。Blending modification of inorganic fillers is one of the effective means to improve the ablation resistance of resin matrix composites.The reactive inorganic fillers ZrB_(2) and ZrSi_(2) were selected to modify the epoxy modified organo silicone resin,and the modified composites were prepared.The effects of ZrB_(2) and ZrSi_(2) addition on the mechanical properties,thermal stability and ablative properties of the composites were studied.The results show that the addition of ZrB2 and ZrSi_(2) can greatly improve the density,hardness,tensile strength and carbon residue rate of the composites,and effectively improve the ablation resistance of the composites.In air atmosphere,ZrB2 began to react at about 660 ℃ of ZrB_(2) modified composites,resulting in a significant increase in carbon residue rate of the composites at 800 ℃.ZrB_(2) is obviously superior to ZrSi_(2) in improving the ablative properties of the composites.In the process of high temperature oxygen-acetylene ablation,ZrB_(2) can react to generate corresponding oxides,which significantly improves the ablation resistance of the composites,and the linear ablation rate is only 0.021 mm/s.
