摘  要:以汽车左侧前保险杠为研究对象,针对在成型过程中出现的翘曲变形和体积收缩等缺陷,选取熔体温度、模具温度、注射时间、保压压力、保压时间为因素,设计正交试验,使用Moldflow软件对其进行注塑模拟分析,得到翘曲变形与顶出时的体积收缩率。采用熵权法对两个指标的权重系数进行计算,将翘曲变形与顶出时的体积收缩率转化为综合评分值进行单目标优化。优化后,最佳工艺参数组合为A1B1C2D4E4。在最佳工艺参数组合下Z方向翘曲变形为3.286 mm,顶出时的体积收缩率为10.36%。与默认工艺参数相比,Z方向翘曲变形改善了4.7%,顶出时的体积收缩率改善了15.9%。将最优工艺组合进行实际试模验证,采用熵权法对工艺参数优化能够满足降低翘曲变形和改善体积收缩的要求。Taking left front bumper of the car as the research object,aiming at the defects such as warpage deformation and volume shrinkage in molding process,the melt temperature,mold temperature,injection time,holding pressure and holding time were selected as factors to design orthogonal test.Moldflow software was used to simulate and analyze the injection molding,and the volume shrinkage rate during ejection and the warpage deformation was obtained.The entropy weight method is used to calculate weight coefficients of two indexes,and the warping deformation and volume shrinkage during ejection are converted into comprehensive scoring values for single objective optimization.After optimization,the optimal combination of process parameters is A1B1C2D4E4.Under the optimal combination of process parameters,the warpage deformation in the Z direction is 3.286 mm,and the volume shrinkage rate during ejection is 10.36%.Compared with the default process parameters,the warpage deformation in the Z direction is improved by 4.7%,and the volume shrinkage rate during ejection is improved by 15.9%.The optimal process combination is verified by actual test,and the entropy weight method is used to optimize process parameters to meet requirements of reducing warpage deformation and improving volume shrinkage.
