摘  要:基于计算机辅助工程对玻纤增强PBT材料的BMS控制盒的注塑成型过程进行仿真模拟,利用正交试验对其螺丝柱端面平整度进行工艺参数优化分析。结果表明:注射时间对螺丝柱端面平整度影响程度最大,熔体温度对平整度影响程度最小;使螺丝柱端面平整度最小的优化工艺为A_(3)B_(2)C_(3)D_(2)。优化工艺下螺丝柱端面平整度降至0.451 7 mm,优化率达50.3%,满足设计要求。充填过程、熔接线及缩痕等仿真结果及试模样品的测试结果均满足要求,验证了优化工艺的合理性。Based on computer aided engineering,the injection molding process of BMS control box of glass fiber reinforced PBT material was simulated,and the process parameters of the flatness of the screw column end face were optimized by orthogonal test.The results show that the injection time has the greatest influence on the flatness of the end face of the screw column,and the melt temperature has the least influence on the flatness.The optimized process to minimize the flatness of the screw end face is A_3B_2C_3D_2.Under the optimized process,the flatness of the end face of the screw column is reduced to 0.451 7 mm,and the optimization rate is 50.3%,which meets the design requirements.The simulation results of filling process,weld line and sink mark and the test results of sample all meet requirements,which verifies the rationality of the optimized process.
