摘  要:文章综述了扩链剂种类和扩链工艺对聚酯熔体流变性能的影响,总结了复数黏度-角频率曲线、黏度分子量分布曲线、Cole-Cole曲线、储能模量-角频率曲线、损耗角-复数模量曲线、加权松弛时间谱和单轴瞬态拉伸流变对扩链聚酯的支化结构、支链含量、支链长度的表征方法。指出各流变学表征方法的差异和适用范围,对聚酯的支化扩链反应机理及其长链支化结构研究具有指导意义。The effects of chain extender types and chain extension process on the rheological properties of polyester melt were reviewed.The characterization methods of complex viscosity-angle frequency curve,viscosity molecular weight distribution curve,Cole-Cole curve,storage modulus-angle frequency curve,loss angle-complex modulus curve,weighted relaxation time spectrum and uniaxial transient extensional rheology for branched structure,branched content and branched length of chain-extended polyester were summarized.The differences and application scope of each rheological characterization method are pointed out,which is of guiding significance for the study of branched chain extension reaction mechanism and long chain branched structure of polyester.
