摘　　要：文章介绍了高分子材料的特性、在工业设计中使用高分子材料的优势以及目前的工业设计中常见高分子材料。基于技术美学视角,从注塑成型技术、热成型技术、挤出成型技术、3D打印技术等方面对高分子材料在工业设计中的应用技术分类论述,并总结了高分子材料在工业设计技术美学的创新应用案例。提出了工业设计使用高分子材料的挑战和解决方案。未来还需要深入探索工业设计领域的审美规律,在技术美学的理论指导下,丰富高分子材料的工业设计应用范围。The characteristics of polymer materials,the advantages of using polymer materials in industrial design and the common polymer materials in industrial design are introduced.Based on the perspective of technical aesthetics,the application technology of polymer materials in industrial design is classified and discussed from the aspects of injection molding technology,thermoforming technology,extrusion molding technology and 3D printing technology,and the innovative application cases of polymer materials in industrial design technical aesthetics are summarized.The challenges and solutions of using polymer materials in industrial design are proposed.In the future,it is necessary to further explore the aesthetic rules in the field of industrial design,and enrich the application scope of industrial design of polymer materials under the guidance of technical aesthetics.
