摘  要:以缓倾斜厚煤层综放沿空掘巷区段煤柱合理留设宽度为研究对象,根据山寨煤矿井下现场实际生产地质条件,通过理论计算、数值模拟及现场工业性试验,确定区段煤柱宽度合理留设范围。研究结果表明:理论计算得到煤柱合理留设宽度为4.2~6.8 m;数值模拟软件分析对比不同煤柱宽度下煤柱内应力分布规律,采空区侧支承压力影响范围为80 m左右,距采空区0~10 m为应力降低区;煤柱宽度小于6 m时,煤柱塑性破坏,承载能力较小;煤柱宽度为6 m时,煤柱内形成了应力核区,自稳能力较强;煤柱宽度大于6 m时,应力峰值和应力范围较大导致支护困难;最终确定3506综放工作面区段煤柱最优宽度为6 m。现场矿压监测数据表明:沿空掘巷围岩变形控制效果良好。From the actual production geological conditions of Shanzhai coal mine,by combining not only theoretical calculation,but numerical simulation and field industrial test,and the reasonable width of the coal pillar is fixed.The results show that the reasonable width of coal pillar is between 4.2 m and 6.8 m.Numerical simulation software was used to analyze and compare the distribution law of stress in coal pillar under different coal pillar widths.The influence range of abutment pressure at the side of goaf is about 80 m,and the area of stress reduction is 0-10 m away from the goaf.For coal pillar widthless than 6 m,plastic failure occurs in the coal pillar,the load carrying capacity is low.For the coal pillar is 6 m,thezone of stress core is formed in coal pillar,and it has the strongselfstabilization ability.For coal pillar width more than 6 m,the stress peak and stress range are large,resulting in supporting difficulties.The final determination of 3506 fully mechanized caving face to protect the roadway pillar of the optimal width of 6 m.The mine pressure monitoring data show that the amount oftwo sides moving in is greater than the amount of roof sinking.The field monitoring data show that the control effect of surrounding rock deformation along the gob is good.
