摘 要:保护层开采技术一直被认为是降低煤与瓦斯突出危险的有效措施之一,为了探究上保护层开采过程中下伏煤岩体的应力变化规律,首先利用FLAC3D软件对试验矿井的保护层开采过程进行模拟,并绘制应力云图,得出了距离保护层越远,煤岩层的卸压效果越小的结论。其次,通过现场工程试验,利用油枕型钻孔应力计测试了不同地点的地应力,对数值模拟的结果进行了验证,同时利用实测数据计算得出试验矿井上保护层开采的卸压率达到了50%以上,为后续安全生产工作奠定了基础。Protective layer mining technology has always been considered as one of the effective measures to reduce the risk of coal and gas outburst.In order to explore the law of stress variation in the underlying coal and rock mass during the mining of the upper protective layer,first uses FLAC3D software to simulate the mining process of the protective layer of the test mine,and draws the stress cloud diagram,and draws the conclusion that the farther away from the protective layer,the smaller the pressure relief effect of coal and rock strata.Secondly,through the field engineering test,the crustal stress of different locations was tested with the oil conservator type borehole stress meter,and the results of the numerical simulation were verified.At the same time,the measured data were used to calculate that the pressure relief rate of the upper protective layer mining in the test mine reached more than 50%,which laid the foundation for the subsequent safety production work.
