摘  要:根据煤层特征归纳了煤层气水平井开发主要原则,讨论了水平井不同布置层位的优缺点,优选出了适应层位,提出井型和配套钻完井设计优化方法。结果表明:碎软煤层水平井应将水平段布置在煤层顶板中,采用U型井施工;采用大斜度导眼探煤能够更加准确地了解着陆点附近地层信息,利于着陆点设计,将入靶点设计在二开井段可以降低三开钻进难度;深穿透下向定向射孔工艺是顶板水平井开发的重要技术。现场应用取得了较好的产气效果,为后续技术推广提供工程技术手段和思路。The main principles of CBM horizontal well development are summarized,and the advantages and disadvantages of different horizontal well layout layers are discussed.It is adapted to the horizon and well type,and a matching drilling and completion process optimization method for roof wells is proposed.The research results show that:horizontal wells in broken and soft coal seams should be arranged in the roof strata of the coal seam,and U-type wells should be used for construction;the pilot hole coal exploration can more accurately understand the formation information near the landing point,which is beneficial to the design of the landing point,the design of the target entry point in the second opening section can reduce the difficulty of drilling the third opening and facilitate drilling in the horizontal section;deep penetration downward directional perforation technology is an important technology in the development of roof horizontal wells.The field application has achieved good gas production effect,which provides engineering technical means and ideas for the subsequent technology promotion.
