摘 要:针对破碎顶板回采巷道单体液压支柱超前支护围岩控制效果差的问题,以新田煤矿1902工作面带式输送机运输巷破碎顶板为工程背景,通过数值模拟对比分析了单体液压支柱与注浆锚索的超前支护效果,研究了不同注浆锚索超前支护参数下围岩变形规律,提出了合理的注浆锚索支护方案。研究结果表明:注浆锚索超前支护巷道围岩变形量较单体液压支柱大幅减小;巷道超前段围岩变形量随注浆锚索长度、每排数量和预紧力增大而减小,随排距增大而增大。现场工程应用表明:采用注浆锚索超前支护后,注浆浆液在顶板中扩散性良好,巷道超前段顶最大底板移近量为234 mm,最大两帮移近量为205 mm,表现出良好的围岩控制效果。Aiming at the problem of poor surrounding rock control effect of single hydraulic prop advance support in the broken roof mining roadway,taking the broken roof of 1902 working face belt transport roadway in Xintian coal mine as the engineering background,the advance support effect of single hydraulic prop and grouting anchor cable is analyzed through numerical simulation,surrounding rock deformation law under different grouting anchor cable advance support parameters is studied,and a reasonable grouting anchor cable support scheme is proposed.Research results show that the deformation of surrounding rock in advance supporting roadway with grouting anchor cable is greatly reduced compared with that of single hydraulic prop.Surrounding rock deformation in the advance section of the tunnel decreases with the increase of the length of the grouting anchor cable,the number of each row and the pretension,and increases with the increase of the row spacing.Field engineering application shows that after the advance support of grouting anchor cable is adopted,the grouting slurry is widely diffused in the roof,the maximum displacement of roof and floor in the advance section is 234 mm,and the maximum displacement of ribs is 205 mm,showing a good effect of surrounding rock control.
