摘 要:构造煤发育地区,施钻期间易导致喷孔,瓦斯会大量涌出,若采取措施不当,会导致巷道瓦斯浓度超限,采用防喷装置阻止瓦斯和煤渣涌出具有重要作用。利用研制的新型防超限系列装置在九里山矿进行了应用,该套装置重点改进了密封设计、煤水计量及质量等。现场应用效果显示:施钻工程量明显减少,每米冲煤量显著提高,初始抽采瓦斯浓度基本在30%以上,将近70%的钻孔初始抽采瓦斯浓度超过50%,抽采瓦斯纯量也较实施前提高了1倍,预抽周期可缩短1/2,能够显著提高钻孔施工和瓦斯抽采效率。In the area where structural coal is developed,it is easy to cause blowout holes during drilling,and a large amount of gas will be emitted.If the measures are not taken properly,the gas concentration in the roadway will exceed the limit.It is important to use the blowout device to prevent gas and coal cinder emission.A new type of anti-overrun series device has been applied in Jiulishan mine.The sealing design,coal water metering and weight of the unit are improved.The field application results show that the drilling quantities are significantly reduced,the coal flushing amount per meter is significantly increased,the initial gas extraction concentration is basically more than 30%,and the initial gas extraction concentration of nearly 70% of the boreholes is more than 50%.The net amount of gas extraction is also doubled compared with that before the implementation.The pre-extraction period can be shortened by half,which can significantly improve the drilling construction and gas extraction efficiency.
