摘 要:将给煤机控制系统分为信息交互层、控制层和操作层,分别完成与其他设备的交互、控制算法运行、执行机构操作以及信号反馈等任务;然后基于电机自身特性和给煤系统滞后等特性进行传递函数设计,搭建系统闭环模型;完成了模糊PID控制器设计,给煤量误差模糊化后,通过模糊推理与解模糊确定PID补偿量;最后进行仿真分析,模糊PID在响应速度、超调量、精度等方面均优于传统PID,达到了给煤控制系统的指标要求。The coal feeder control system is divided into an information interaction layer,a control layer and an operation layer,which respectively complete tasks such as interaction with other equipment,operation of control algorithms,operation of actuators,and signal feedback;then based on the characteristics of the motor itself and the lag of the coal feeding system,etc.The characteristics of the transfer function are designed,and the closed-loop model of the system is built;the design of the fuzzy PID controller is completed,and the PID compensation amount is determined by fuzzy reasoning and defuzzification after the error of the coal feeding amount is fuzzified;finally,the simulation analysis is carried out,and the fuzzy PID is superior to the traditional PID in the terms of response speed,quantity adjustment and precision,and it can meet the index requirements of the coal feeding control system.
