摘  要:经过多年探索,我国高校书院制有了长足发展。高校书院数量大幅提升,书院内涵不断丰富,育人成效得以彰显,体现了高校书院制建设与新时代高等教育的契合度。书院和学院协同育人,是书院制进一步改革和发展中无法回避的关键问题。该文运用协同共生理论分析双院协同育人机制,对双院协同中的关键问题进行反思,通过梳理汕头大学书院制改革发展历程和经验做法,提出可从特色文化、合作格局、体制机制等方面入手,尝试破解双院协同育人的难题,充分激发书院、学院协同育人的内生动力,为高校进一步推进书院制改革提供理论依据和实践参考。After years of exploration,the academy system in our country has made great progress.The number of academies in colleges and universities has increased significantly,and the connotation of academies has been continuously enriched,making the effectiveness of educating people demonstrated,and reflecting the fit between the construction of academies in colleges and universities and higher education in the new era.Collaborative education between academies and colleges is an unavoidable key issue in the further reform and development of the academy system.This paper uses the theory of synergetic symbiosis to analyze the cooperative education mechanism of the academies and colleges,reflects on the key issues in the synergy between them,and by combing the reform and development process and experience of the academy system in Shantou University,it is proposed to start from the aspects of characteristic culture,cooperation pattern,system and mechanism,etc.to solve the problem of collaborative education of academies and colleges,and fully stimulate the endogenous motivation of academies and colleges to jointly educate people,with a view to providing a theoretical basis and practical reference for colleges and universities to further promote the reform of the academy system.
