摘  要:甜菜机械化收获替代人工收获,可有效降低劳动强度,提高甜菜挖掘效率和收获质量。国内现有甜菜收获机型存在着技术性能落后、联合作业能力差及智能化程度低等问题。依据甜菜机械化收获农艺技术要求,在传统甜菜挖掘机的基础上,根据实际需要加装清理夹持链、圆形升运笼及可倾卸料斗等工作部件。阐述了机具整体结构和工作原理,确定了挖掘部件、打缨器、输送分离、集运装卸以及传动系统等关键部件的基本参数。通过田间试验验证了该机作业性能稳定,增加联合作业功能的同时收获效果也显著提升,试验结果满足甜菜收获农艺技术要求。Mechanized sugar beet harvesting replaces manual harvesting,which can effectively reduce labor intensity and improve sugar beet excavation efficiency and harvest quality.The existing sugar beet harvesting models in China have problems such as backward technical performance,poor joint operation ability and low degree of intelligence.According to the agronomic technical requirements of mechanized sugar beet harvesting,on the basis of the traditional sugar beet excavator,working parts such as cleaning clamping chains,circular lifting cages and tiltable hoppers are installed according to actual needs.The overall structure and working principle of the tool were expounded,and the basic parameters of key components such as excavation parts,tasseers,conveying and separation,container loading and unloading,and transmission system were determined.Through field tests,it is verified that the operation performance of the machine is stable,the harvesting effect is significantly improved while the joint operation function is increased,and the test results meet the agronomic technical requirements of sugar beet harvesting.
