摘  要:水稻插秧试验装置可以为水稻插秧机各主要部件技术参数优化设计、成熟产品的性能测试,给可靠性试验提供技术平台。该试验装置在久保田四行水稻插秧机的基础上,保留移箱机构、秧苗箱、秧苗箱滑道、分插机构等核心部件,做出相应改造实现分插机构转数、秧苗箱横向移箱次数、纵向送秧量、秧门宽度、相对秧门分插机构位置、秧苗箱倾斜角度和高度的调节。设计基于PLC可编程序的控制系统,按水稻插秧试验要求开发管理和控制软件,转速、扭矩、功率等数据可自动采集、显示存储,并按标准格式打印。The Rice transplanting test device can provide a technical platform for the optimization design of technical parameters of main parts of rice transplanter,the performance test and reliability test of mature products.On the basis of Kubotais four-line machine,the test device retains the core parts such as yjr transplanting mechanism,the seedling box,the seedling box slide and the transplanting mechanism etc.the corresponding transformation is made to adjust the rotation of transplanting mechanism,the number of transversal transplanting of seedling box,the longitudinal feeding quantity,the width of seedling door,the relative position of transplanting mechanism of seedling door,the inclination angle and the height of seedling box.The control system based on PLC and the management and control software developed according to the requirements of rice transplanting test are designed,speed,torque,power and other data can be automatically collected,displayed,stored and printed in standard format.
