摘  要:随着计算机技术的不断发展,计算机模拟已经成为机械设计中必不可少的工具之一。通过对计算机模拟基本原理的分析,介绍了机械零件设计与优化的基本流程,包括建模、网格划分、边界条件设置和模拟计算等。重点讨论了常用的机械零件设计与优化方法,包括有限元分析、多目标优化、拓扑优化和形态优化等。总结了基于计算机模拟的机械零件设计与优化的优势和不足,并展望了未来的发展趋势。With the continuous development of computer technology,computer simulation has become one of the essential tools in mechanical design.Through the analysis of the basic principle of computer simulation,the basic process of design and optimization of Machine element is introduced,including modeling,mesh generation,boundary condition setting and simulation calculation.The common design and optimization methods of Machine element,including finite element analysis,multi-objective optimization,topology optimization and shape optimization,are discussed in detail.The advantages and disadvantages of Machine element design and optimization based on computer simulation are summarized,and the future development trend is prospected.
