摘　　要：随着食品加工企业逐渐向现代化转型,葵花籽的生产加工生产线普及率逐步提高,分选分级一直以来都是葵花籽处理的重要工作,但其机械化处理的能力却明显不足。随着葵花籽食品产业的进一步发展,对于自动分选分级设备的需求持续提升,为促进自动分选分级机械技术的合理应用和发展,分析了分选分级技术现状和特征,梳理了分选分级的关键质量影响因素,并对该技术向自动化转型提出了改进与优化建议。With the gradual transformation of food processing enterprises to modernization,the popularity of Sunflower seed production and processing lines has gradually increased.Classification has always been an important work of Sunflower seed processing,but its mechanized processing capacity is obviously insufficient.With the further development of Sunflower seed food industry,the demand for automatic sorting and classification equipment continues to increase.In order to promote the rational application and development of automatic sorting and classification machinery technology,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the status quo of sorting and classification technology,combs out the Critical to quality influencing factors of sorting and classification,and puts forward suggestions for improvement and optimization of the technology transformation to automation.
