摘 要:阐述在深埋超长地下隧洞工程TBM掘进施工过程中,遭遇高瓦斯浓度洞段瓦斯治理监控与检测施工技术。施工过程中在深埋超长隧洞中布设瓦斯自动监控系统实现对瓦斯的实时监控,同时结合人工瓦斯日常检测对治理过程中瓦斯溢出点等重点部位进行重点防范等可靠措施,解决了TBM施工段隧洞过程中遭遇高浓度瓦斯洞段瓦斯治理监控与检测的施工难题,整个探测排放过程安全可靠,掌握了瓦斯实时动态及掌子面煤层走向等基础数据,为后期TBM恢复掘进创造了安全环境,保证了施工安全,实用性较高。This paper elaborates on the monitoring and detection technology for gas control in tunnel sections with high gas concentration during TBM excavation construction of deep buried ultra long underground tunnels.During the construction process,an automatic gas monitoring system is installed in the deep buried ultra long tunnel to achieve real-time monitoring of gas.At the same time,reliable measures such as key prevention measures for gas overflow points and other key areas during the treatment process are taken in conjunction with daily manual gas detection.It solves the construction problem of monitoring and detecting high concentration gas in tunnel sections during TBM construction,and the entire detection and emission process is safe and reliable.Mastering the real-time dynamics of gas and basic data such as the direction of coal seams in the working face has created a safe environment for TBM recovery and excavation in the later stage,ensuring construction safety and high practicality.
