摘 要:阐述在深埋超长地下隧洞工程TBM掘进施工过程中,遭遇高瓦斯浓度洞段钻孔排放治理施工技术。施工过程中通过在瓦斯洞段布设瓦斯测压孔及排放孔,实现了对隧洞瓦斯压力及稳定性的实时监测,掌握了隧洞瓦斯及地质情况等基础数据;实现了瓦斯泄压排放,降低隧洞瓦斯浓度;同时对通风布置进行优化改进,增大了隧洞通风量,加快了瓦斯排放效率。钻探排放完成后对瓦斯排放孔进行灌浆封堵,防止瓦斯再次聚集溢出,整个施工过程安全可靠且高效。This paper elaborates on the construction technology for controlling the discharge of high gas concentration boreholes during the TBM excavation process of deep buried ultra long underground tunnel engineering.During the construction process,real-time monitoring of tunnel gas pressure and stability was achieved by arranging gas pressure and discharge holes in the gas tunnel section,and basic data such as tunnel gas and geological conditions were mastered.It achieves gas pressure relief and emission,reducing tunnel gas concentration.At the same time,the ventilation layout was optimized and improved,increasing the ventilation volume of the tunnel and accelerating the efficiency of gas discharge.After the drilling discharge is completed,it is also necessary to grout and seal the gas discharge hole to prevent gas from accumulating and overflowing again.The entire construction process is safe,reliable,and efficient.
