摘 要:无砟轨道施工工期短、质量问题频发,控制无砟轨道施工质量的关键因数主要有:原材料质量,合理的配合比及拌合质量,施工作业质量,工装设备质量。由于工人操作水平良莠不齐,工人流动幅度大,且施工项目周期和地点不固定,难于固定工人的操作岗位。从工装设备改进方向去研究是提高无砟轨道施工效率、提升无砟轨道施工质量最经济便捷有效的方法,主要从无砟轨道工装设备展开研究,使混凝土操作水平一般的工人经过简单培训就能胜任相关工作,从而提升无砟轨道的施工质量。The construction period of ballastless track is short and the quality problems occur frequently.The key factors to control the construction quality of ballastless track mainly include the quality of raw materials,reasonable mix proportion and mixing quality,construction operation quality and tooling equipment quality.Due to the uneven level of worker operation,the large turnover of workers,and the unfixed construction project cycle and location,it is difficult to fix the operating positions of workers.It is the most economical,convenient and effective way to improve the construction efficiency of ballastless track and the construction quality of ballastless track from the perspective of tooling and equipment improvement.This paper mainly studies the tooling equipment for ballastless track,so that workers with ordinary concrete operation level can be competent for relevant work after simple training,so as to improve the construction quality of ballastless track.
