摘  要:圆形隧洞底拱衬砌常规翻模工艺中模板需设置足够的锚筋,增加较长的工序时间和较高的成本费用,而对于长距离蚀变软岩的隧洞更是受力条件差,另外水工隧洞糙率要求高,需解决外观质量通病的产生和处理。以硬梁包水电站引水隧洞为例,经过探索改进工艺,设计并使用了底拱混凝土衬砌针梁滑模台车,实现了高质量、低成本、简施工和节约工期等目标。In the conventional formwork flipping process of circular tunnel bottom arch lining,sufficient anchor bars need to be installed in the formwork,which increases the process time and costs.Tunnels that have undergone long-distance alteration of soft rock have even worse stress conditions.In addition,the roughness requirement of hydraulic tunnels is high,and it is necessary to address the occurrence and treatment of common defects in appearance quality.Taking the diversion tunnel of Yingliangbao Hydropower Station as an example,after exploring and improving the process,a needle beam sliding formwork trolley for bottom arch concrete lining was designed and used,achieving the goals of high quality,low cost,simple construction,and time saving.
