摘  要:介绍了新疆YE供水二期工程KS隧洞运用垂直溜灰系统进行混凝土运输的施工方法,通过施工过程中对溜灰系统调整和优化及对使用材料改进及创新,形成一套水利工程极寒地区长隧洞混凝土运输施工技术理论知识及施工经验。该垂直运输系统主要借助1台煤矿专用稳车提升系统、275 m DN219焊管、缓冲装置、接料平台、防护棚等构件,由稳车提升系统钢丝绳通过管卡固定焊管,竖井底部设置接料平台、缓冲装置及防护棚,安全、高效的向各工作面运输混凝土。This paper introduces the construction method of using a vertical ash conveying system for concrete transportation in the KS tunnel of Xinjiang YE Water Supply Phase II Project.Through the adjustment and optimization of the ash conveying system during the construction process,as well as the improvement and innovation of the materials used,a set of theoretical knowledge and construction experience of concrete transportation construction technology for long tunnels in extremely cold regions of hydraulic engineering have been formed.The vertical transportation system mainly relies on one coal mine dedicated stable vehicle lifting system,275mDN219 welded pipe,buffer device,material receiving platform,protective shed and other components.The stable vehicle lifting system steel wire rope is used to fix the welded pipe through pipe clamps,and the bottom of the vertical shaft is equipped with material receiving platform,buffer device,and protective shed to safely and efficiently transport concrete to various working faces.
