超长引水隧洞施工支洞优化布置研究

摘  要:当前国内外水利工程长距离引水隧洞大多采用小断面形式,具有线长、作业面狭窄等基本布置特点,所以此类工程施工多采用有轨运输作为施工阶段的运输方式。采用有轨运输时,对洞内运输的影响较大,施工效率缓慢且安全风险较高,不利于对工期及安全的管控。通过降低洞口底板高程和延长洞线,从而降低支洞纵坡坡度,以满足无轨运输的需求,进而提高施工效率,缩短施工工期,达到减少投资及降低安全风险的目的。以新疆某小洞径超长引水隧洞为例,研究施工支洞优化布置对工程工期、投资等方面的影响。At present,most long-distance water diversion tunnels in domestic and foreign water conservancy projects use small cross-section forms,which have basic layout characteristics such as long lines and narrow working surfaces.Therefore,rail transportation is often used as the transportation method during the construction stage for such projects.When using rail transportation,the impact on transportation inside the tunnel is significant,the construction efficiency is slow and the safety risk is high,which is not conducive to the control of the construction period and safety.By reducing the elevation of the bottom plate of the tunnel entrance and extending the tunnel line,the longitudinal slope gradient of the branch tunnel is reduced to meet the demand for trackless transportation,thereby improving construction efficiency,shortening the construction period,and achieving the goal of reducing investment and safety risks.Taking a small and ultra long diversion tunnel in Xinjiang as an example,this paper studies the impact of optimized layout of construction adits on project duration,investment,and other aspects.
