摘 要:青海地区风电项目施工中,由于项目地位于青海省海南州,属高海拔极寒地区,极低气温为-25℃,根据风电场全容量并网节点工期要求,需进行混凝土冬季施工,通过对拌和系统、混凝土运输、仓位等采取保温措施,创新使用光伏车供电、混凝土保温系统保证了高寒地区风机基础冬季混凝土施工有序进行,达到了节约时间成本、提高施工效益、缩短工期的目的,形成了一套完整的高寒地区冬季混凝土施工保温技术。The wind power project in Qinghai region is located in Hainan Prefecture,Qinghai Province,and belongs to a high altitude and extremely cold area with an extremely low temperature of-25℃.According to the requirements for the full capacity grid connection node construction period of the wind farm,concrete winter construction is required.Innovative use of photovoltaic vehicle power supply and concrete insulation system has been achieved through insulation measures taken for mixing systems,concrete transportation,and storage positions.It ensures the orderly construction of winter concrete for wind turbine foundations in high and cold regions,achieving the goal of saving time and cost,improving construction efficiency,and shortening the construction period.Finally,a complete set of insulation technology for winter concrete construction in high and cold regions was formed.
