摘  要:无砟轨道具有轨道稳定性好,线路养护维修工作量显著减少,耐久性好,服务期长,可减轻桥梁二期恒载,降低隧道净空等特点。无砟轨道施工工期短,线路较长,易于形成工序流水化施工;施工过程中定位测量控制精度高,施工质量控制要求严格,如何提高无砟轨道施工质量是无砟轨道过程控制的核心任务。对无砟轨道施工前基面常见问题处理和预防及处理措施,施工过程中底座板和自密实混凝土常见问题和预防及处理措施进行分析研究,为减少后期工程质量问题数量和降低工程造价提供支撑。Ballastless track is characterized by good track stability,less maintenance work,good durability and long service period,which can reduce the dead load of bridge phase II and tunnel clearance.The construction period of ballastless track is short and the line is long,so it is easy to form a streamlined construction process.During its construction process,the positioning measurement control accuracy is high,and the construction quality control requirements are strict.How to improve the construction quality of ballastless track is the core task of ballastless track process control.This paper analyzes and studies the treatment,prevention and treatment measures of common problems on the foundation surface before the construction of ballastless track,and the common problems,prevention and treatment measures of the base plate and self compacting concrete during the construction process,so as to provide support for reducing the number of quality problems in the later stage of the project and reducing the project cost.
