摘 要:针对传统混凝土存在的力学性能、耐久性能有限,不能满足重大水电工程设计和施工需求的问题,通过在混凝土掺加改性聚乙烯醇纤维材料,得到了维克改性聚乙烯醇纤维混凝土,相比传统混凝土,该新型混凝土的力学和耐久特性均得到不同程度提高。基于此,以锦屏水电工程为例,新型混凝土技术成果在锦屏一级水电站高拱坝浇筑、锦屏二级水电站深埋长大隧洞围岩稳定控制中得以成功应用,取得了显著经济和社会效益,具有重要的生态保护意义和广阔的推广应用前景。Traditional concrete has limited mechanical and durability properties,which cannot meet the design and construction needs of major hydropower projects.By adding modified polyvinyl alcohol fiber material to the concrete,Vick modified polyvinyl alcohol fiber concrete was obtained.Compared to traditional concrete,the mechanical and durability properties of this new type of concrete have been improved to varying degrees.The new concrete technology achievements have been successfully applied in the high arch dam pouring of Jinping-I Hydropower Station and the surrounding rock stability control of Jinping-II Hydropower Station's deep buried long tunnels,and have achieved significant economic and social benefits.It has important ecological protection significance and broad application prospects.
