摘  要:研究天然气制甲醇装置工艺的主要提升策略。首先研究天然气制甲醇的主要工艺,然后以此为依据,对主要工艺提升策略进行了研究。经研究发现,在天然气制甲醇装置的实际运行中,通过水碳比、转化炉出口温度、合成塔出口温度及装置开停车的合理控制,可使其工艺得以有效提升。This paper studies the main improvement strategy of the methanol production process from natural gas.In the specific research,the main process of making methanol from natural gas is studied first,and then on this basis,the main process improvement strategy in the application of this device is studied.It is found that in the actual operation of the methanol production device from natural gas,the process can be effectively improved by the reasonable control of the water-carbon ratio,the outlet temperature of the converter,the outlet temperature of the synthesis tower and the opening and parking of the device.It is hoped that this analysis can provide some reference for the rational application of the natural gas methanol production plant and the improvement of the overall process.
