J55套管在含H_(2)S油井采出水中的腐蚀行为研究

摘  要:分别对J55钢的材质与油井采出水水质进行分析,确定试样材质及不同采出水中的离子含量,并通过失重法研究试样在不同条件下的腐蚀规律及机理。结果表明:J55管材在含H_(2)S的采出水中,随着腐蚀时间的增长,腐蚀速率先增大后减小,三种采出水腐蚀性由强到弱依次为1采出水、2采出水、3采出水,腐蚀程度均属于中度腐蚀。造成腐蚀的主要因素为矿化度,其次是S2-、Cl-含量,腐蚀主要表现在H_(2)S气体在湿性环境附着在管壁造成的腐蚀。This article analyzes the material of J55 steel and the water quality of oil well produced water,determines the sample material and the ion content of different produced water,and studies the corrosion law and mechanism of the sample under different conditions through weight loss method.The results show that in H_(2)S containing produced water,the corrosion rate of J55 pipes increases first and then decreases with the increase of corrosion time.The corrosion degree of the three types of produced water from strong to weak is 1 produced water>2 produced water>3 produced water,all of which belong to moderate corrosion.The main factor causing corrosion is mineralization,followed by the content of S-and Cl-.Corrosion is mainly manifested by the adhesion of H_(2)S gas to the pipe wall in a humid environment.
