摘　　要：活性炭在环保领域普遍运用,煤基活性炭常用于水处理中。对煤基活性炭生产原理、设备及工艺开展了分析,如捏合设备和成型活性炭生产工艺等,在此基础上还分析了煤基活性炭的发展前景,应逐步朝着大型化、节能化和自动化方向发展,以促进煤基活性炭产业的发展。Activated carbon is widely used in the field of environmental protection,and coal based activated carbon is often used in water treatment.The article analyzes the production principle,equipment,and process of coal based activated carbon,such as kneading equipment and forming activated carbon production process.On this basis,it also analyzes the development prospects of coal based activated carbon,which should gradually develop towards large-scale,energy-saving,and automation,in order to promote the development of the coal based activated carbon industry.
