摘 要:橡胶弹性元件广泛应用在轨道交通机车车辆转向架的一系悬挂、二系悬挂、牵引装置和电机悬挂等系统中,主要起缓和冲击、衰减振动和弹性约束定位作用,对轨道机车车辆安全运行、提高乘客舒适性具有重要作用,而硫化加热技术直接影响着橡胶弹性元件产品成型过程质量。文章围绕橡胶硫化传热温度均匀性和加热效率,综述了不同硫化加热方式的特点和国内外研究现状,阐明了当前橡胶硫化主要采用的电加热、蒸汽加热和导热油加热存在的问题,以及以电磁加热、微波加热为代表的高效率加热方式在橡胶制品硫化中存在的问题,提出了加热均匀性、加热效率提升,良好的模具隔热措施和胶料目标加热的高效加热发展方向。Elastic rubber components,widely used in the primary suspension,secondary suspension,traction device and motor suspension in the bogies of rail transit vehicles,play the key role in impact mitigation,vibration attenuation and restrained positioning,and they’re of significance to the safe operation of railway rolling stock and the improvement of ride comfort,whereas the vulcanization heating techniques have immediate influence on the forming process of elastic rubber components.Focusing on the temperature uniformity of heat transfer and heating efficiency in rubber vulcanization,this paper reviews the features of different vulcanization heating methods and their research status at home and abroad,illustrates the problems with electrical heating,steam heating,conduction oil heating and other efficient heating techniques,including electro-magnetic heating and microwave heating currently used in vulcanization operation,and finally presents the development direction of efficient heating techniques characterized by heating uniformity and efficiency improvement,excellent mold insulation measures and targeted heating of rubber component materials.
