摘 要:以轨道车辆碳纤维夹芯复合材料粘接结构为研究对象,介绍泡沫夹芯和铝蜂窝夹芯结构特点,利用超声相控阵检测技术对碳纤维夹芯复合材料粘接质量进行无损检测研究。文章首先理论分析碳纤维泡沫夹芯结构和碳纤维铝蜂窝夹芯结构典型缺陷信号特征,然后使用便携式超声相控阵系统,设置不同参数对不同厚度、不同夹芯方式试件进行无损检测,最后结合A扫描图形分析、B扫描缺陷深度分析和C扫描缺陷平面分析确定缺陷的类型和尺寸信息,并与典型缺陷进行对比,验证各种缺陷的正确性。试验结果表明,超声相控阵检测系统可以有效结合多维多信息的可视化表征缺陷,扫查速度快且重复覆盖性好,超声相控阵可以准确、有效判别夹芯复合材料的面板缺陷、夹芯结构的粘接缺陷,适合轨道车辆领域复合材料检测。Aiming at the bonded structure of carbon fiber sandwich composite,this paper introduces the characteristics of foam sandwich and aluminum honeycomb sandwich structures,and studies the application of NDT techniques for the bonding quality of carbon fiber sandwich composite with ultrasonic phased array technology.The paper first undertakes a theoretical research of the signal features of typical defects in carbon fiber foam sandwich structure and carbon fiber aluminum honeycomb sandwich structure,a portable ultrasonic phased array system with different parameter settings is then used to take nondestructive test of the samples with different thicknesses and different sandwich modes,and finally,by combining A-scan graphical analysis,B-scan analysis of defect depths and C-scan plane analysis of defects,the types and sizes of defects are determined along with comparisons with typical defects to verify the correctness of various defect detection.Test results indicate that the ultrasonic phased array system can effectively integrate multi-dimension and multi-information visualization to represent defects with fast scanning speed and good repeat coverage;the ultrasonic phased array techniques can accurately and effectively distinguish the defects in composite sandwich panel and the bonding defects of sandwich structure,which are applicable to the inspection of composite materials in railway vehicle sector.
