The geographical distribution of scholars of The Book of Songs in the Han Dynasty influenced by historical heritage, the location of the capital and the teaching of the Confucian classic exhibited dynamic change. At the beginning of the Han Dynasty, the scholars of The Book of Songs were concentrated in Lu,Donghai,Langya,Shanyang and other states and principality, and the areas belonging to them, such as Xuzhou,Yanzhou,Yuzhou and Qingzhou as the academic center. In the middle and late Western Han Dynasty,Sili where Jingzhaoyin and Youfufeng were located became the new center. In the Eastern Han Dynasty, scholars of The Book of Songs appeared in Youfufeng and Jingzhao Yin which belonged to Sili,Nanyang which belonging to Jingzhou,Runan which belonged to Yuzhou and Kuaiji belonging to Yangzhou, while Xuzhou where Donghai and Langya were located, and Qingzhou where Pingyuan and Qi were located gradually declined. The difference between the Eastern Han Dynasty and the Western Han Dynasty was easy to ignore in the narrative context of the Qin-Han Dynasty, the Han Dynasty etc.In fact, great changes had taken place in the Eastern Han Dynasty compared with the Western Han Dynasty, and the change in the geographical distribution of scholars in The Book of Songs was an example.
